On the expenditure side, household consumption is the main component of GDP and accounts for 56 percent of its total use, followed by government expenditure (21 percent) and gross fixed capital formation (20 percent). Net exports of goods and services adds 4 percent to the GDP as exports accounts for 45 percent and imports for -41 percent.
